MISSION STATEMENT OF THE OUTREACH MINISTRY
Our purpose is to boldly share the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with those who do not know Him. It is our desire to seek and to reach those outside of the church with the Good News of redemption and salvation, that all within our community might have the opportunity to become a part of the Kingdom of God. For we know that the Lord desires that none would be lost and the Outreach Ministry strives to fulfill the duty given to us by our Lord in Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, and lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”(KJV) As servants of the Most High God it is our responsibility to spread the message of our Lord into and throughout the community, sharing the invitation given by our Lord as recorded in the book of Matthew 11:28 “Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”(KJV)
